Tech-Clean Inc. is a full service commercial cleaning company operating in the Dallas/Fort Worth area since March 1982. Guy Goosen has been President of the company since 1986, and as a sole owner of a small business, there is extra dedication to customer satisfaction not readily found in many large companies.

 

Although originally small, Tech-Clean Inc. now offers a

full range of cleaning options to our customers. These services include all manners of scheduled janitorial services, medical facility cleaning to include operating room terminal cleaning, window cleaning, wet and dry carpet cleaning, power washing services, parking lot striping and all types of hard floor services.

 

Our growth has been almost exclusively through

referrals and word-of-mouth from existing and

previous accounts, encompassing clients that range

from small to large management concerns. We

handle accounts that require varied schedules,

skilled labor for conference set-up purposes, or

that maintain public attractions open seven days per week.

 

We provide services in office complexes, medical facilities, social/meeting environments, industrial

facilities, city wide facilities, restaurants, and for

several large retail tenants.
