Tech- Clean Inc. started out strictly as an office building janitorial service. We have been successful enough to retain some of our commercial contracts for over 25 years. We attribute this to an effective training program, scheduled supervision, and an aggresive follow up policy to all issues.

This sector of our business has since expanded into medical office buildings, office warehouse, industrial, restaurant, and retail facilities.

Our retail division has grown since 2004 into the maintenance of over 150 different retail sites dispersed throughout the metroplex area. Services include janitorial, window cleaning, lamp service, high dusting service, and extensive tile and carpet service

Janitorial Services

Light Duty Repairs/ Ground Maintenance
 

Tech-Clean Inc. will provide uniformed day porters for facility maintenance and basic exterior grounds maintenance.

Additionally, we have people on staff capable of performing light duty repairs and maintenance. This will include:

  • Tile repair (remove and replace)

  • Light bulb changes

  • Touch up painting and wall repair

  • Basic plumbing service repair

Window Cleaning

 

Tech-Clean Inc. provides full service professional window cleaning. We service all one level cleaning services internally. Any requested tower cleaning in subcontracted to our window cleaning provider of 28 years. We can therefore offer window cleaning to any size facility.

Green Cleaning

 

Tech-Clean Inc. provides green cleaning throughout our janitorial programs. We currently provide service to one facility which is fully LEED certified and several others where green cleaning is required. In the normal course of janitorial services we base our chemical cleaning program consistent with Johnson Diversey "Healthy High Performance Cleaning Program" (HHPC) Where Tech-Clean Inc. is required to provide paper supplies to our customers, we supply only green certified paper products.
