Our Management Team

Our people are our greatest asset. Although the cleaning industry is generally known for a high turnover of staff, that is not the case at Tech-Clean Inc. Many of our staff members have been with us for many years or even since day one. At Tech-Clean Inc. we take care of our employees, which translates into higher job satisfaction and a consistent quality of work. In order to guarantee the safety of your business, all of our staff members are bonded, insured, and supervised. 

Guy Goosen

As a start up in 1982 Guy assisted in every facet required of a young company. This included not only the management of a start up, but all field operations from cleaning, to floor and carpet services.

Tech-Clean Inc. became fully owned by Guy in 1989. Since that time, and with the support of a more than dedicated management team, we have worked to steer the company into a more diverse cleaning service operation with an emphasis on the more challenging or difficult cleaning projects.

Eugene McLaughlin

Eugene started with Tech-Clean Inc. in 1991. Eugene started in the field as a janitor and subsequently moved into floor care.

Eugene became a part of the management team in 2000. He oversees all company operations and handles all facility scheduling duties, training assistance, emergency response assistance and is experienced and knowledgeable to assess any and all cleaning needs.



Marlon Flores

Marlon Flores started with Tech-Clean Inc. in 2001. He started in the field with floor care and medical cleaning services. Marlon became a part of the management team in 2006.

He now handles all floor scheduling needs, training for cleaning and floor care, and is responsible for our medical environment cleaning operation.

Marlon has become an integral part of our company. He provides first class/immediate response time to requests and issues. Additionally he maintains direct communication with our customers. 



Francisco Garcia

Francisco Garcia began his career with Tech-Clean Inc. in 1998. He started out on an office janitorial crew and became a crew supervisor within a year. 

He has since worked in all departments of the company gaining experience in floor/carpet care, power washing and striping.

He currently works alongside the management team fulfilling all on-call customer needs. He has become an equipment repair tech, maintains all vehicles and accessories and performs customer requests for minor repairs, painting and installations.
